THIS IS A TRADE REVIEW.
I've moved to Creative from another wholesale supplier and all I can say is superb.
Starting with an excellent range of items and very good stock levels...... My items were delivered within 48 hours (I ordered at 6.00pm so they would more than likely have been Next Day had it been earlier) and everything was present and correct!
Excellent packaging, cracking email communication and order updates and I can honestly say I wont be going anywhere else!

Title: The Real Deal
I had been looking for a larger scale model of Titanic for a while, i had seen the Minicraft 1:350 scale on the net and i knew i wanted it, i was dissapointed when i saw it was American and it looked like it was going to be hard finding it here in the UK, then i found this fantastic website!
I was alittle cautious at first, the deluxe model is a tad expensive, so i gave them a call and they were very professinal and helpfull, so i made the order, was about 4pm, it arrived the next day : ) fantasticly fast and ohboy was it everything i hoped for :D
the lack of photos on this site was one thing that made me cautious, but its truely perfect, the box is so big and was seal wrapped, to help you picture the size of this model without number crunching, its about twice the length of your keyboard, or 5 and a half xbox game cases :D
there really is alot of pieces and comes with rigging and some stickers.
Im only just about to start building this and im already so excited, i really recommend theese guys for a fantastic service and this model itself is simply the best, your nto gonna find a more high quality model out there, i had been tempted with the Revel 1:400 scale, but this one blows it out the water, the photoetch parts really set it aside in tems of quality.

Title: Best Service by far
Out of all of the model shops I have ordered with online (and there has been a lot!), I have to say that Creative Models offers the best service. All of the orders I have placed with Creative have been dispatched on the same day and have arrived the next day without fail. Regular emails advise the customer of where their order is and everything is posted out 1st class and well packaged. (I have come across some model shops who post out 2nd class although they charge more than Creative and the goods take over a week to arrive).
Another plus for me is the stock level indicators - something I haven't seen before and very handy to have - and the stock they carry is very impressive.
I will be sure to keep on using Creative in the future and strongly recommend others do to.
