1. Please contact us before returning any items. This applies to both faulty and 'change of mind' purchases.

2. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it. The item must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date to you.

3. If any part of your order is faulty or damaged a replacement part will be sourced if available. If one is not available a credit or a refund may be offered.

4. If you wish to return an item as you have changed your mind please do not open the kit or break any seal surrounding the kit as a return will not be possible.

5. No postage wil be refunded for a change of mind return and a £0.50 credit/debit card refund will be applied

6. You must obtain an authorised returns code which must be quoted on all correspondence.

7. All returns must be received in sound condition otherwise a 25% fee will be deducted from any refund due.

8. If an order qualified for free delivery (ie of £50.00) and then part of that order is returned due to a change of mind, the shipping cost will be deducted from any refund due.

9. Refunds will be made to the card used to purchase the item returned. In the case of a cheque payment you will be offered an alternative product or given a credit unless bank account details are provided for a direct refund.
